ProJo

ProJo is a set of utility functions which operate on FCS files. They perform various operations to report, edit or administer the raw data files produced in flow cytometry.

In real world cytometry, scientists often insufficiently annotate their data during acquisition. They make mistakes, don't have the time or the information to get everything accurate at the time of collection. These utilities are intended to allow you to come back afterward and correct any errors post hoc.

The program is designed around the notion of independent utilities, which each perform narrow functions upon the data. Ideally you should only need one or two of these functions at a time.

Each utility has a similar format in the way it works with either a single file or a single folder of files. If you have data which exists in multiple locations, you should sort the files into a common folder before using ProJo on them.

Important: Although efforts have been made to edit these files in a way that can be restored to the original state, this is not always the case. Please be sure to have backups of all files edited with this program.
